eSIM Guide for Europe
What is eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card permanently integrated into your device. Activated via QR code, it enables you to connect to mobile networks without a physical SIM card. For European travel, a single pan-European plan covers all 27 EU member states.
Activation
iPhone
- Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
- Use QR Code → scan
- Confirm and label
- Enable when in Europe
Android
- Settings → Network → SIM Manager
- Add eSIM → scan QR
- Follow prompts
- Set as data SIM
Key tip: Install on home Wi-Fi before traveling. Enable only when you arrive in Europe.
